Building a Talent Hub - Goals & Strategies

  • Produce a Talent Attraction Report focusing on why and how to best share and market our community as a great place to live for talented workers. Leverage partners along with Alumni groups from our universities to create a market of interest.
  • Identify the gaps in talent supply to produce a skills gap and inventory study.
  • Create Solutions for weaknesses found in the study.
  • Form an Ambassador Committee to help talent move and settle in Greater Fort Lauderdale by using local assets such as our access to airports, ease of travel, and diversity.
  • Create a sustainability plan for our community to grow and develop with the changing world of work.
